To create an immersive visual experience for visitors ascending the iconic PETRONAS Towers, we developed a fully animated 3D environment simulating a cinematic flight over Kuala Lumpur's city center. This project was specifically designed to play inside the elevator, enhancing the journey to the skyline deck.

The main challenge was accuracy. Rebuilding Kuala Lumpur's dense urban core at high fidelity required us to capture thousands of reference images across different times of day and weather conditions. These assets were processed into a custom 3D city model using Blender and photogrammetry techniques, before being optimized and brought into Unreal Engine for real-time rendering and camera animation.

Our pipeline combined 3D animation, motion graphics, and 2D compositing balancing creative storytelling with real-world architectural precision.

The result: a seamless, realistic cityscape animation that elevates the viewing experience without the audience realizing the technical complexity behind it.
